Who is Hilda Pinter?

Hilda Pinter is a Hungarian sprint canoer who competed in the mid-1950s. She won a gold medal in the K-2 500 m event at the 1954 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Mâcon. She was born on September 14, 1933 in Budapest,Hungary.She left Hungary in 1956.She married in Basel/Switzerland in 1957 Franz Salamon,Dr.-Ing. She gave birth to their son Jörg in Basel in 1958.She became Swiss in 1972.She won the K-1 Swiss Championship in 1968.Since 1979 she is living in Geneva/Switzerland.
