黄崇，蜀汉故臣镇北将军黄权之子。昔日黄权在吴蜀夷陵之战后，投降曹魏。但黄崇仍然留在蜀中，后累官至尚书郎。魏灭蜀之战时，邓艾进军绵竹，与邓艾之子邓忠作战，被杀。
