Iliya Gruev is a former Bulgarian footballer.
Gruev had two stints with Altay S.K., making 57 appearances in the Turkish Super Lig for the club.
Gruev has 13 caps for Bulgaria, scoring once – on 11 October 1997, in the 2–4 away loss in a 1998 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Russia.
He was also assistant coach in Chernomorets Burgas, Hajduk Split, Duisburg, 1. FC Kaiserslautern and Bulgaria.
