Who is Irene Epple?
Irene Epple-Waigel is a German former alpine skier.
She was born in Seeg, Bavarian Swabia.
She won a total of 11 Alpine Skiing World Cup races, and two World Cups in Giant Slalom and Combined. She also won an Olympics silver medal at Lake Placid in 1980 in Giant Slalom.
