Jiří Jelínek was a Czech painter, illustrator, jazz trumpeter, and popular singer, one of the music legends of the Semafor Theatre in 1960s. His hoarse singing voice - similar to Louis Armstrong's - earned him the nickname "The Czech Satchmo".
