James "Jim" Deverell Horsman, CM AOE is a former provincial level politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1975 to 1993. During his time in public office he also served numerous cabinet portfolios in the Government of Alberta.
