Who is Jim Landis?
James Henry Landis is a former American professional baseball player. He was a Major League Baseball center fielder who played on six teams for 11 seasons, from 1957 through 1967. Landis also was an All-Star player who won five consecutive American League Gold Glove Awards, and is considered to be one of the best defensive center fielders in major league baseball history.
