Who is Jimmy F. Williams?
James Franklin Williams, Jr. is an American football cornerback for the Spokane Shock of the Arena Football League. He played college football for Virginia Tech, and was recognized as an All-American. He was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft, but was later suspended for violating the NFL's banned substances policy.
