Jacob Herman Frederik Fischer is een Nederlandstalige liedjeszanger en tekstdichter die bekend werd als Jaap Fischer. Hij treedt sinds 1964 niet meer onder die naam op, maar sinds 1976 wel onder de naam Joop Visser. Hij wil niet meer aan zijn eerste carrière herinnerd worden.
