Who is Jose Baselga?

Josep Baselga is a scientist and oncologist. He became Physician-in-Chief at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in January 2013. In March 2010, Dr. Balselga became Chief of Medical Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, Associate Chief of the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center and to be Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He will lead a unit of over 100 investigators. Prior to that he was Chairman and Professor of Medicine of Medical Oncology Service at the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital in Barcelona, Spain. He is a prominent member of the American Association for Cancer Research and has published over 250 publications in major peer reviewed journals.
