Who is Jovan Divjak?

Jovan Divjak is a retired general from Bosnia and Herzegovina who served in the Army of Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995, during the Bosnian War. He was the deputy commander of the Main Staff until 1994. Although a Bosnian Serb, he has publicly declared himself a Bosnian born into an Orthodox Christian family.
