Who is Kenneth F. Spence III?
Mr. Spence has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since August 2004. From the date of the Merger until August 2004, Mr. Spence served in several leadership positions in the Companys Legal Services group, and from April 1998 until the Merger, in SPCs Legal Services Group. Mr. Spence joined SPC in April 1998, upon SPCs merger with USFG Corporation, where he had served as legal counsel.
