Who is Kiko Martínez?
Francisco Martinez Sanchez commonly known as Kiko Martinez is a Spanish professional boxer and current IBF super bantamweight World Champion. From April 15, 2011 he was the EBU Super bantamweight champion for the third time in his career until being stopped in the ninth round by Carl Frampton on February 9th, 2013. This was Martinez's first knockout defeat in his career. On August 17th, 2013, Kiko Martínez won by the way of KO the Superbantamweight World Title of IBF defeating Jonathan "Momo" Romero in the 6th round. On December 21st, 2013, Kiko defended the crown defeating Jeffrey Mathebula by knockout in the 9th round.
