Who was Kyaswa of Sagaing?
Kyaswa of Sagaing was king of Sagaing from 1339 to 1348. Kyaswa, a middle son of King Sawyun, came to the throne after Chief Minister Nandapangyan had killed the two previous kings Tarabya I and Shwetaungtet in 1339. He died in 1348 per inscriptional evidence but the royal chronicles say he died in 1349/1350.
