Who is Leandro Salino?

Leandro Salino do Carmo, known as Salino, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Olympiacos F.C. in the Superleague Greece, mainly as a right defender. Until the December, 2013 he had played 47 games so far in both UEFA Europa League and UEFA Champions League.

Leandro Salino do Carmo began his football career from the academies of Cruzeiro. He stayed until 2004 when he moved to América-MG,another Brazilian team. In 2005 was loaned in Ipatinga and then to Nacional. In 2006 was loaned for a few months in Portuguese Camacha which made ​​two appearances and then was also loaned again in Ipatinga which made ​​32 appearances .

The good performances led Flamengo to buy his rights in 2007, however, his adjustment problems led the administration of the club to give him on loan to Ipatinga for a third time. In 2009-2010 the Leandro Salinas played for Nacional which made ​​a total of 53 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal and handing out five assists.In the summer of 2010 he moved for the second time in Europe and Portuguese club Braga for the sake of which he remained until the summer of 2013 making a total of 103 appearances scored four goals and handling out five assists in all competitions.In July 2013, he signed a three-year contract with the Greek champions Olympiacos on a free transfer deal.
