Who was Lee Parsons Gagliardi?
Lee Parsons Gagliardi was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Judge Gagliardi received an A.B. from Williams College in 1941 and an LL.B. from Columbia Law School in 1947. He was nominated to a newly created seat on the court by President Richard M. Nixon on December 2, 1971, confirmed by the Senate on December 11, 1971, and received his commission on December 15, 1971. He assumed senior status on July 17, 1985. His service terminated on October 30, 1998, due to death.
