Who is Len Whitehouse?

Leonard Joseph Whitehouse is a retired Major League Baseball player who pitched in relief for the Texas Rangers in 1981 and for the Minnesota Twins from 1983 to 1985. He bats and throws left-handed. He is currently retired and living in the North End of Burlington with his wife Joni, and three children Nichole, Christine and Michaela.

He finished his career with a 9-4 record with 4 saves and a 4.24 ERA in 97 appearances. Since 1967, he is one of only two Vermont high school baseball players to make it into the Major Leagues. one of Len's most memorable career moments was when he had Reggie Jackson's 2,000 strikeout.

He is currently the pitching coach at Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont. He also is the General Manager and Assistant Coach of the Burlington Lynx, an American Legion baseball program during the summer.
