Leonard T. Connors, Jr. is a former American Republican Party politician, who served in the New Jersey State Senate from 1982 to 2008, where he represented the 9th Legislative District. While maintaining his longstanding in the Senate, Connors served on the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders from 1977-82, and has been Mayor of Surf City, New Jersey since 1966.
