Who is Leonard Tan?

Leonard Tan Khang Hwee, commonly known as Leonard Tan, is a Singaporean entrepreneur, best known for being the founder and Chief Executive Officer of PurpleClick Media Pte Ltd--the first and only company in Southeast Asia accredited by Google, Yahoo!, Baidu, who is amongst the list of Red Herring Top 100 Asia and is awarded Digital Agency of the Year for the 5th consecutive year.

Tan was appointed to be the 28th Southeast Asian Games which is also known as the 2015 Southeast Asian Games Steering Committee, chaired by Lawrence Wong, Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth.

Tan is also a member of the Youth Business Leader--the first major initiative of the Youth Network Committee, which is chaired by then Chairman presently Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry and Mayor, North East District Teo Ser Luck.

In 2008, Tan was nominated by Bloomberg BusinessWeek as "Asia’s Top 25 Best Young Entrepreneur" for his strong entrepreneurial vision, creativity and ability to overcome challenges with innovative solutions.
