Who is Lkhamsürengiin Myagmarsüren?
Lkhamsürengiin Myagmarsüren is a Mongolian chess master. He is more commonly known in English as Lhamsuren Myagmarsuren.
He won West Asian zonal tournament in 1966. and tied for 19-20th in the Interzonal tournament in Sousse, Tunisia 1967.
In other international tournaments, he tied for 5-6th at Dushanbe 1962; took 12th at Havana 1967; took 16th at Tallinn 1971; and tied for 8-9th in 10th Rubinstein Memorial at Polanica Zdrój 1972.
Myagmarsüren played ten times for Mongolia in Chess Olympiads. He won individual gold medal at fourth board at Leipzig 1960.
Awarded the IM title in 1966. His handle on the Internet Chess Club is "Shatar".
