Who is Lim Kim Choon?
Lim Kim Choon is a Singaporean civil servant and former air force general. He was the Chief of the Republic of Singapore Air Force from 2001–2006 and held the rank of Major-General. After retiring from the military in 2006, Lim served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director-General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore from 2007–2009.
