Lisa Haugh

Who is Lisa Haugh?

Lisa Haugh is the General Counsel for Intraware. In this role,

Ms. Haugh is responsible for providing legal counsel on all business

and financial matters concerning the company. Prior to joining

Intraware, she served as Assistant General Counsel at OpenTV, Inc., a

publicly-traded company that offers software solutions for digital and

interactive television, where she provided a wide range of legal advice

and support. Ms. Haugh received a B.A. from the University of

California, Los Angeles and a J.D from Santa Clara University School of

Law and is admitted to the State Bar Association of California.
