Who was Louis Philogène Brûlart, vicomte de Puisieulx?
Louis Philogène Brulart, Marquis de Puysieulx, Comte de Sillery was a French foreign minister.
He was the son of Carloman Philogène Brulart, Comte de Sillery and Mary-Louise Bigot. He married Charlotte Félicité Le Tellier, on July 19, 1722; they had a daughter, Adelaide Felicite. He was a Knight of the Order of the Holy Spirit, Knight of the Order of Saint Michael.
