Who is Lynn Jolliffe?
Lynn Jolliffe is the senior vice president of human resources for Ingram Micro Inc. Jolliffe joined Ingram Micro in 1999 as the vice president of human resources for the European region and established the department as a strategic business unit by making a number of organizational improvements, implementing and standardizing performance metrics within the regions 14 country operations and introducing Six Sigma. Most recently, Jolliffe served as the vice president of human resources for the North American region.Prior to her work at Ingram Micro, Jolliffe served as vice president and chief financial officer at the Canadian company, White Rose Limited. Jolliffe holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Queens University, as well as a CEGEP diploma from Bishop's University in Canada. In 1979 she received her MBA in finance and organizational behavior from the University of Toronto, Canada.
