Who was Manuel F. Segura?
Manuel Felimon Segura was a colonel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines with assigned serial number 0-3547 AFP. He was G-1 and Adjutant General in the General Headquarters of the Cebuano guerrillas during World War II, with Col. James M. Cushing as his commanding officer. Segura has written at least two books on the guerrilla story in Cebu. He was replaced and re-joining the group of soldiers and officers under the pre-war 82nd Infantry Division of the Philippine Commonwealth Army at the general headquarters in Babag, Cebu City begins the fall of Liberation in Cebu on 1945.
