Who is Marco Ferrante?

Marco Ferrante is a retired Italian football striker.

As of the end of 2005/06 season, he played 172 Serie A games and scored 48 goals. He also played 290 Serie B games and scored 111 goals. He scored 27 goals in 1998/99 season, good enough for Serie B top scorer.

Ferrante is most famous for his eight years with Torino, where he became one of the club's top goal scorers of all time, especially thanks to his tally in Serie B. His Serie A record tally was ten goals with Torino in 2001-02, when he came back following a brief stint on loan at Internazionale.
