Mark Fuchs

Who is Mark Fuchs?

Mark is responsible for external reporting, technical

accounting, the worldwide general ledger and consolidations, and

Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal audit.

He joined Google in 2003 from the Securities and Exchange

Commission in Washington, D.C. He has more than 20 years of finance and

accounting experience and has held senior positions at Apple Inc.,

Ernst Young LLP, and a startup.

Mark earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in

Accounting from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a

Certified Public Accountant.
