Who is Mary Catlin?
Mary Catlin was the daughter of Sir Robert Catlyn. She married Sir John Spencer, son of Sir John Spencer of Althorp, Northamptonshire, and his wife Katherine Kitson, the daughter of Sir Thomas Kitson of Hengrave, Suffolk. Later in life she married Edward Glascoke after 1600.
The child of Mary Catlin and Sir John Spencer was Robert Spencer, 1st Baron Spencer of Wormleighton.
