Who is Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Mohamedou?

Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Mohamedou sometimes spelled Mohammad-Mahmoud Mohamedou is a Harvard University scholar who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Mauritania from 2008 until 2009. He is currently a Visiting Professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, and Head of the Middle East and North Africa Program at the Geneva Center for Security Policy and is regarded as a leading international specialist on the new forms of transnational terrorism.
