Who is Mohammed bin Ali Al Abbar?

Mohammed Ali Rashid Al Abbar, is a prominent citizen of the United Arab Emirates, from the Emirate of Dubai. He is a senior aide to Dubai's Ruler and UAE's Vice President/Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Alabbar served as the Director-General of Dubai's Department of Economic Development, and Chairman of Emaar, one of the world's largest real estate companies. Alabbar is also a member of the Dubai Executive Council. As Chairman of Emaar Properties, Alabbar has played a key role in the development of Dubai's real estate sector. Emaar, a Public Joint Stock Company established in 1997, is listed on the Dubai Financial Market and is majority-owned by the Government of Dubai. Emaar Properties is the largest construction and development company in the UAE
