Mohd Shahrizan Ismail is a Malaysian footballer who plays for Kelantan as a goalkeeper. Shahrizan was Kelantan's first-choice goalkeeper in 2008 season and 2009 season. He helped his team winning Piala Emas Raja-Raja in 2010.
In 2011 season, Shahrizan played three times in important matches with Johor FC, Terengganu and Perak and had shown a successful outstanding action without skip any goals in three matches.
