Who is Moisés Fragela?
Moisés Fragela Zayas is a Puerto Rican artist. He started to paint at the age of 20. He attended Florida International University in Miami and at the Escuela de Artes Plasticas in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2003, he was honored with the Best Critic and Best of Show for his paintings in the Master Critics.
