Who is Vehbi Dibra?
Vehbi Dibra was an Albanian politician, theologist and a delegate of Dibër in the Albanian Declaration of Independence. He was also the first chairman of the Albanian senate and the first Grand Mufti of Albania's Sunni community from 1920 to 1929. Vehbi Dibra will also be remembered as the main organizer of the Congress of Dibra.
