Who is Nickiesha Wilson?

Nickiesha Wilson is a female hurdler from Jamaica. She competes in the 100m hurdles and the 400m hurdles.

Currently her 100m hurdles personal best is 12.79 achieved at Szczecin, Poland on September 15th 2009. Previously her 100m hurdles personal best was 12.85 achieved at Austin, Texas on April 5 2008. She ran a personal best of 53.97 in the 400m hurdles in Osaka on August 28 2007.

She was competing in the 400 metres hurdles at the 2008 Beijing Olympics where she qualified for the second round with the tenth fastest overall time of 55.75 seconds. In the Delhi Commonwealth Games 2010, she won bronze medal in 400m hurdles on October 10.

Wilson is the most prolific hurdler in NCAA history. A 17 time college All-American and 3-time NCAA Champion at Louisiana State University, Wilson is the only hurlder in NCAA history to win the 400 meter hurldes and finish runner up in the 100 meter hurdles in the same year while also posting a top 5 finish in the indoor 60 meter hurdles. This demonstrates incredible versatility and no other hurlder in NCAA history can boast this resume.
