Nicolas Kauser

Who is Nicolas Kauser?

Mr. Kauser has been a director of TriQuint since December 1999.

Presently, Mr. Kauser is the President of Clearwire International and

member of the board of directors of Clearwire Inc., a privately held

company dedicated to the implementation of wireless broadband services

in various countries. From 1990 through 1998, Mr. Kauser served as

executive vice president and chief technology officer of ATT

Wireless Services, Seattle, Washington (formerly McCaw Cellular

Communications, Inc.). From 1984 through 1990, Mr. Kauser was employed

by Rogers Cantel, Inc., a Canadian wireless service provider, as vice

president of engineering and later, senior vice president of network

operations. He was a member of Cantel’s board of directors from 1990 to

1998. Mr. Kauser received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from

McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
