Who is Nikolay Chernetskiy?
Nikolay Nikolayevich Chernetskiy is a retired track and field sprinter from the Soviet Union.
He is known for winning the gold medal in the men's 4x400 metres relay at the 1980 Summer Olympics and at the inaugural 1983 World Championships.
He trained at Armed Forces sports society in Moscow and set his personal best in the 400 metres on 1978-07-07 at a meet in Berkeley, California.
