Ödön Tersztyánszky was a Hungarian fencer and olympic champion in sabre competition.
He received a gold medal in sabre individual and in sabre team at the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam.
Tersztyánszky was killed in a car accident outside Budapest.
