Who is Ondřej Bank?
Ondřej Bank is a Czech alpine skier.
Bank began his international career in 1995 when he first competed at the Junior World Championship. His first World Cup race was in 2001. He is a specialist in combined races, and his best result so far is 3rd place in Super-Combination in Beaver Creek on November 29, 2007.
His biggest achievement is 5th place in Giant Slalom at 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, which is also the best Czech or Slovak Olympic skiing result since Peter Jurko in 1988 in Calgary.
