Who is Ondřej Štěpánek?
Ondřej Štěpánek is a Czech slalom canoer who has competed since the mid-1990s. Competing in four Summer Olympics, he won two medals in the C-2 event with a silver in 2008 and a bronze in 2004.
Štěpánek also won nine medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with six golds and three silvers.
He is the overall World Cup champion in C-2 from 2005. He also won a total of 13 medals at the European Championships.
His partner in the boat is Jaroslav Volf.
