Who is Onno Ruding?
Herman Onno Christiaan Rudolf Ruding is a former Dutch banker and politician. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal.
From 1977 till 1980 Ruding was executive director of the International Monetary Fund. He was Minister of Finance from 1982 till 1989 and known for his sharp budget cuts.
