Who is Oren Shani?

Some personal stuffI live in Israel. I am married and have 3 childeren. I am currently working for a big Israeli High-Tech company as a technical support engineer. What I am trying to do with FreebaseIn the very little free time I have, I am trying to start up a project which I nicknamed "Strobili" (which is the latin term for confiner tree cones). In a nutshell, Strobili is a concept for virtual content management which is based on semiotical representation of knowledge and meaning. The reason it is there is that I think the main principles of Strobili fit very well into Jimbo Wales' open search engine iniative, but as I said, I am also trying to start up a stand alone project that will use FreeBase as it's back-end.
