Who is Osvaldo Jeanty?

Osvaldo Jeanty is a male basketball player from Canada, who is a resident of Gloucester, Ontario. He played for the Carleton University Ravens men's basketball team as a guard. Jeanty was named CIS male athlete of the year in 2006, and CIS basketball player of the year in 2006 and 2007. He ended up in seventh place with the Canada national men's basketball team at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Osvaldo has been playing in the European leagues since the 2007–08 season, beginning with the Giants Nördlingen where the team won in the ProA championship. For the 2008–09 season, Jeanty left to play in Morocco, and Romania, but eventually returned to the BBC to join the Giessen 46ers. In 2013, Jeanty plays for the Mitteldeutscher BC in the BBL as a guard.
