Who is Oswald Harding?
Oswald Harding is a Jamaican politician. He was President of the Senate of Jamaica from 18 November 1980 to 1984.
He is the longest serving Senator in Jamaican history, serving from 1977-2011. He is also the only person to serve as President of the Senate on two different occasions. Harding now serves as Dean of the University of Technology, Jamaica Faculty of Law. He was bestowed with the title of Professor in 2011.
