Who was Otakar Jaroš?
Otakar Jaroš was a Czech officer in the Czechoslovak forces in the Soviet Union. He was killed in the Battle of Sokolovo and became the first foreigner decorated with the highest Soviet decoration, Hero of the Soviet Union.
