Who was Otto Neumann?
Otto Neumann was a German athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.
He competed for Germany in the 1928 Summer Olympics held in Amsterdam, Netherlands in the 4 x 400 metre relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates Harry Werner Storz, Richard Krebs and Hermann Engelhard.
