William Frederick Schriver born in Brooklyn, New York was a baseball catcher for the Brooklyn Grays, Philadelphia Quakers/Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Colts, New York Giants, Cincinnati Reds, Pittsburgh Pirates and St. Louis Cardinals.
