Richard Thomas Marshall is an American football cornerback for the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Fresno State.
Marshall has also played for the Arizona Cardinals and Miami Dolphins.
