Who is Shaal Pir Baba?
Shaal Pir Baba is a Sufi saint who was also a leader of the Moudodi Syed's in Balochistan and Sindh, Pakistan.
Khwaja Naqruddin Moudood Chishti migrated to Quetta 600 years ago from Chisht, Afghanistan and stayed near the city fort that gave the city its original name, Kwatta. Chishti was buried here after his death and his shrine lies close by.
