Sir Robert Salusbury Cotton, 5th Baronet was an English politician. He was Member of Parliament for Cheshire from 1780 to 1796.
He was one of the founders of the Tarporley Hunt Club in 1762. In 1774 he was elected a fellow of the Royal Society.
