Socrates Buenaventura Villegas, D.D., is a bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. He is the current Archbishop of Lingayen-Dagupan in Pangasinan, and has been President of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines since July 11, 2011.
